I had the pleasure of being looked after by Vanessa R, when I walked in to Paradise Mazda. Her customer service was excellent, she had a bias for my name but it worked in my favour lol. Her professional domina and approachable character made the experience not feel like sales person down my throat. The team at Paradise Mazda are excellent, fun professional environment. WOW is all i can say!! Such wonderful staff from the moment we walked in. My family and i were offered drinks by at least 10 different people. My kids were provided coloring in pages to occupy them and nothing was too much trouble. The manner in which your staff treat the customer should be recognised and celebrated. We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel! We drove past 3 other Mazda dealers to come to you and i am so glad we did. We will be returning for servicing and recommending you to all of our family and friends. Thank you- from some VERY happy customers.
