Excellent. Vanessa looked after us beautifully from the minute we met her. She carefully explained everything we needed to know. She took time to answer all questions and was very patient and informed. She worked through options and prices with us and gave us the best deal that she could. We had a personal health issue going on and she as very sensitive , thoughtful and caring. Vanessa was friendly but also very professional. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts for the smooth purchase of our new car. Also Stephen, the concierge, was very helpful and welcoming.
